Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

A: We are currently providing (for a limited time only) FREE domestic delivery for all orders over $120 within Australia, for orders within Australia under $120, we are currently offering a flat delivery fee of $9.50 only.  Express Post option is also available for $15 using Australia Post or similar, it is guaranteed by Australia Post to be delivered by the next business day to most metro areas in Australia. If Australia Post Express Post option is unavailable, we will source out Express Courier options to have your parcel delivered to you by the next business day or as early as possible.

Please provide your physical address, it can be your home or work address. Couriers have AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. Orders will be left in a SAFE DRY PLACE at your nominated delivery address. ALL deliveries to businesses will require a signature upon delivery.

All orders will be dispatched next business day from our Brisbane warehouse, delivery to Brisbane and Sydney metro areas generally only takes 1-2 days. Delivery to QLD, NSW and Melbourne Metro generally 2-4 days, the rest of Australia east coast areas, NT and SA generally within a week. Delivery to Western Australia generally 1-2 weeks.

Q: Do you provide a Pickup Option?

Yes, we do!

You can proceed to checkout and at the Delivery Option section, you can select Pickup and you will be able to pickup from our Home Base at Eight Mile Plains, Queensland 4113.

Your parcel will generally be ready for pickup 2 hours after your order, you will be sent an email to notify you that your order is ready for pickup and instruction will be provided in the email.

 Q: Do you provide international shipping?

A: Yes, we do, we will make all effort to send our products to every corner of the world as quickly as we can. The shipping calculator on our Check Out page will estimate the shipping cost for you. We use Australia Post, DHL and UPS and depending on where you are, it will take at least 7 days to up to a few weeks to reach you. If you haven't received your international order after 3 weeks, please let us know, and we will investigate it for you.
