For Australian orders, if you are not happy with our products, simply drop us an email, let us know why, if the item is faulty, we will be happy to arrange courier to pick up the item and provide you with a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you at all.

However, if it is a change of mind, you will pay for the return postage and we will provide a full refund less the shipping cost to you.

For international orders, we offer the same 100% Money Back Guarantee on the value of the product excluding shipping. However, we are not able to offer replacement unless you are willing to cover the shipping costs.
